AceLeagues Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AceLeagues platform (the “Site”), including web and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Fair Play Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where online rummy is legal. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
- Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited.
- Players from restricted regions may not participate in cash games.
- Employees and affiliates of AceLeagues must disclose any conflicts.
3. Account Registration & Security
To play cash games or tournaments, you must register an account, verify your identity via KYC, and maintain accurate contact details.
3.1 KYC Verification
We require government-issued ID and a live selfie to comply with regulations. Verification typically completes within 30 minutes; you may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC is done.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and OTP. Any activity under your account is your responsibility; report unauthorized access immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions must comply with our wallet terms. We support UPI, netbanking, credit/debit cards, and popular e-wallets.
4.1 Deposit Processing
Minimum deposit ₹50. Funds are credited instantly; failure or reversal policies apply per payment provider terms.
4.2 Withdrawal Procedures
Minimum withdrawal ₹100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours; delays may occur due to verification or banking.
5. Gameplay & Fair Play
AceLeagues uses certified RNGs and strict anti-collusion measures to ensure fairness. By playing, you agree to abide by all game rules and codes of conduct.
5.1 Game Rules
Standard Indian Rummy rules apply unless modified by variant-specific guidelines. Declarations must include at least two sequences, one pure.
5.2 Responsible Gaming
You can set deposit and loss limits, self-exclude, or request cooling-off. Contact support for assistance with responsible gaming tools.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and software on AceLeagues are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceLeagues and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in games.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending bonuses or tournaments.
9. Amendments to Terms
AceLeagues may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
